We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, prices, and other information displayed on our website are accurate and current.

However, product images are for reference and illustration purposes. Actual appearance, packaging, specifications, accessories, or other product characteristics may vary depending on the manufacturer, model, production batch, or availability.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, pricing errors, and other errors or omissions on the website.

Product availability is subject to stock availability and confirmation.

3. Prices

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the website are in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

Submission of an order through our website does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order by Svalbard.

Any delivery date or timeframe provided is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the communicated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, supplier delays, force majeure events, or incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information and ensuring that an authorized person is available to receive the order.

7. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect packages and products upon receipt.

If a product arrives visibly damaged, incomplete, or materially different from the confirmed order, please contact Svalbard promptly and provide relevant information, photographs, videos, or other documentation that may reasonably be required to assess the issue.

Where appropriate, customers should retain the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and other items included with the product until the matter has been resolved.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds are handled in accordance with applicable Philippine consumer laws and any product-specific policies communicated at the time of purchase.

Products may be eligible for return, replacement, repair, or refund where required by law, including, where applicable, cases involving defective products, incorrect items, or products that do not conform to the agreed specifications.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to restrict any consumer right that cannot lawfully be restricted or waived.

Change-of-mind returns may be subject to our applicable return policy and may not be available for certain products, including specially ordered, customized, opened, installed, used, or consumable products, except where otherwise required by law.

Products sold by Svalbard may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, Svalbard warranty, or other warranty arrangement depending on the product.

Warranty duration, coverage, exclusions, and procedures may differ by manufacturer and product.

Warranty coverage generally does not extend to damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification or repair, improper installation or operation, accidents, neglect, external causes, or use inconsistent with manufacturer recommendations, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

The specific warranty terms provided with the product, quotation, invoice, contract, or manufacturer documentation will apply.

10. Consumables and Product Compatibility

Customers are responsible for verifying that consumables, inks, printing media, parts, and accessories ordered are compatible with their equipment.

Our sales team may assist customers in identifying compatible products. Customers should provide the correct printer model and other relevant information when requesting assistance.

11. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, discounts, bundles, free items, and special offers may be subject to additional conditions, validity periods, stock limitations, minimum purchase requirements, or other restrictions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.
